Stephen Roberts: "UK businesses and home based business owners are unhappy with broadband"
A new Joomla website has been launched to bring valuable and real information to the marketplace. Real information needed by people who suffer the frustration of poor broadband services. Poor service delivery of broadband commonly occurs due to poor land line telephone cable quality. There are real alternative choices to having to suffer substandard broadband customer support. There are also real and deliverable alternative satellite service if you find it impossible to get a decent broadband provider. Problem telephone line broadband problems can come about:
- When your land line is too far from the exchange
- Your telephone line is of too poor a quality to be useful
The new Joomla website explains all and how you can choose to take up satellite data services to completely avoid these frustrating problems. Such frustrating broadband problems preventing you from doing business or simply accessing the web at all. All these problems and poor service levels are completely avoidable.
Over three quarters of UK businesses surveyed recently are unhappy with their broadband supply. To counter balance this view the UK business ISP said that 83 per cent of customers were not just 'displeased', but felt their broadband providers could not give them the quality connection they required now or in the future. Broadband connections that rely on the non fibre optic parts of the legacy old aluminium and copper 'access network' have a history of numerous interruptions and long lead times to find and fix 'faults'. Well, perhaps the time has arrived to look to the heavens for the answer! Choosing a broadband solution that gives you broadband without a phone line may be the answer.
Although the UK Broadband ISP community seem to expect broadband speed to be the key issue, this survey result produced evidence that in fact it was no longer the top priority or concern for business or home users. Nearly 50% (or about half) of the respondents stated that reliability and customer service were more important than the speed of their connection.
That figure contrasts with the race for speed many major UK broadband providers are embroiled in. It was also backed by another finding of the survey, which showed 65 per cent of the IT decision makers were more than satisfied with the speed of their current broadband.
So is 3G broadband the answer? – Well in some cases yes but 3G signals can be just as bad as broadband routed over a phone line.
This is why Mr Roberts, Managing Director of C&R Technologies, offers Broadband via Satellite which is truly broadband without a phone line system. Whether you are in business from home, office or commercial building, fast, reliable and cost effective broadband without a phone line is available with Broadband via satellite.
